The Working Cities Challenge, an Initiative for Massachusetts Smaller Cities, is a joint effort by the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, Living Cities, the State of Massachusetts and the nonprofit Massachusetts Competitive Partnership. Fall River is one of the project’s 20 participating cities.
